Kyle Adams litigates in a variety of areas, including family law and business conflicts. As such, he is drawn to problem solving and helping resolve conflicts, despite the severity. He has also worked in a General Counsel setting for multiple small businesses.
He graduated with honors from Drake University Law School, one of the oldest law schools in the nation which is ranked #2 for Practical Training. He received multiple oral advocacy commendations and was in the leadership for many organizations, including the Business Law Society and the J. Reuben Clark Law Society. Prior to law school, Kyle received a business degree from the University of Utah.
Following law school, Kyle worked for a business/tax/estate planning law firm in Salt Lake City. Although he enjoyed the transactional work, especially for businesses, Kyle’s passion is to advocate for clients. This passion led him into opening his own law firm and working a variety of litigation cases.
Immediately before joining PEARSON BUTLER Law, Kyle was living and working for a large law firm in Washington, D.C. on an international litigation case in Japan. He is fluent in Japanese and lived in Japan for two years. Although he enjoys the East Coast, Kyle is happy to be in Utah. He was born and raised a Utah football fan, and watching football games with his three sons is his ideal Saturday afternoon.
